My name is Mindy Ertz Atkins.

How Our Work Is Structured
Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary conversation lasting approximately twenty to thirty minutes. During this time we explore your goals and determine whether this work would be useful for you.
A Thoughtful Program Structure
For those who choose to continue, the work generally unfolds in one of two formats.
Eight one hour sessions
or
Four two hour sessions
This allows us to create a pace that fits comfortably within your schedule.
Developing Practical Skills
Throughout our sessions you will learn to
• recognize patterns that drain clarity and energy
• understand how those patterns influence your daily experience
• gradually dismantle habits that no longer serve you
• establish new patterns that support composure, focus, and emotional steadiness
We also develop ways to integrate these practices naturally into your daily life.
